2. Our Services

Malachite Prestige provides luxury vehicle sales, rentals, and finance facilitation in Western Australia.

3. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold as described. Pricing is subject to change without notice. A binding contract is formed upon written acceptance of a purchase offer.

4. Rental Terms

Minimum age 25 years. Valid driver's licence required. Security deposit required. Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental period.

5. Finance Facilitation

We facilitate finance through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to lender criteria. We are not responsible for lender decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Malachite Prestige is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
